Booking Terms & Conditions:

All Lodging Rates are plus tax, currently 12.5%. Extra Adult $5. Rates are not valid for group or special events.

Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. We will validate your card, but not charge it until 24 hours prior to arrival. If your credit card is not validated, then the reservation will automatically cancel.

Cancellation Policy: Hotel requires 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid penalty of 1st night-s room and tax.
